Spring is when they verticut, get rid of old thatch and stimulate the runners to branch out and get thicker. It looks pretty rugged for awhile (depending on how agressive they cut it) until it starts growing in
Ok so maybe it’s starting to grow on me a little. I’ve never liked it on helmets but NGL, it looks pretty good there on the field.

I wish they wouldn’t put Hail State in the end zone. Just Mississippi State or Bulldogs would do. I’ve never seen another team put the name of a cheer in the end zone, like War Eagle or Roll Tide or Hotty Toddy.
That's actually one of the better reasons we should do it, in my opinion.
I’m not totally sure that’s it. The pic that Selmon posted looked like they were doing white letters with Maroon trim, not vice versa like in this photo.
Upon further review, I agree with you. That looks fake. The maroon midfield logo is way bigger than the white one. Look at the hash marks. Looks like somebody took an old pic of the field and edited in a maroon State logo.
I like it, but still, I hope the South Endzone is on the top of our To Do list. They've needed to do something since I was still living there. They've done some pretty good things but have mostly ignored this end.
That looks good, but why is our grass looking so brown in the middle of the field? We haven't even played a game yet.
Auburn has put War Eagle in the endzone before.
Hailstate is our brand, I don't mind it.
Bulldogs would also be fine.
Why does our stadium not have a nickname like "The Swamp". I mean, could we do the Dawg House or BoneYard or something?
The guy that does these must be diabolical. You can hear him laughing, just a little to the left, hope your not ocd!
I like the Hail State in the end zone. Who cares, or even knows, what other schools do?
Again, that’s not it, that’s an old photo with the midfield photoshopped.
I hope they put those eyes on the field. That would get national attention.
