I actually think his speed may be a factor today, similar to Arkansas (assuming we don’t illegally block)

Classic situation where the stats confirm what our eyes of have told us from the beginning. Kid is not a passer. At all.

WHY DID THEY SIGN A KID THEY DONT WANT TO PLAY?!?! I’m sorry for yelling, but the coaches are still responsible for the train wreck of an offense.
Because he’s a change of pace package QB. He himself probably never thought he’d even start long-term. He wouldn’t have transferred to a school with a 3-year starter coming back if he did….especially when he has only 1 year left to play.

Because we had no backup? Why did Lane sign Sanders?

Both actually probably signed to potentially be a starter. Competition and stuff.

When it’s necessary to criticize, I do. But our fans come up with some dumb stuff.

To have a backup and give a different look occasionally during games. It’s pretty simple.

They thought there was a chance that Will might not function well (or may get hurt) in the RPO, needed a backup and proceeded to make a terrible choice. Par for this staff.

Who said "Mike Wright is the greatest QB ever?"

Did anyone say that?
Well, a certain am radio personality that claims to be a State fan while slobbin on LaneTrain started the hashtag #StartMikeWright after the LSU or USC game, and many on the boards and mass surveillance apps were falling in line with him. Everyone of the same claimed Will it seemed was the worst QB ever, so you worded your question in a way you’d think you got the board. Did all those folks saying Noodle arm and concrete feet say that Will had two left arms and two left feet? Did anyone say that?

It is hilarious watching all those people backtrack now. Some of them are just shameless in their ignorance of what they clamored for, for so long.

Okay.

Thus, I will assume that nobody actually said "Mike Wright is the greatest QB ever."

(I was quoting UpTheMiddlex3Punt's post. From his post: "Mike Wright is the greatest QB ever according to message board experts from four weeks ago.")

That’s incredibly stupid of the coaches, but I’m afraid you’re right - Arnett said as much last week. I guess we thought Rogers was immune to injury.
