Da Bears! So Fields is horrible? He was throwing darts and ARob with the huge play.

Wow. The Stillers are 214-0-2 all-time when leading by 14 or more to start the 4th quarter at home. They led tonight, 20-6.

Boswell hits a 40-yard field goal with 26 seconds to go. Stillers lead, 29-27.

Stillers win, 29-27. Da Bears miss a 65-yard field goal as the clock expires.

Steve Levy, he banged it off the crossbar.. Ball lands 10- yards short LOL

These are the worst MNF announcers we have had.
Those announcers were awful. Most of the game made excuses for the Bears. They did seem to get robbed. But what a terribly coached team. Stupid penalties for most part and a few phantom ones by the refs. Steelers have big issues, too.

Like the color commentator dude Riddick? suggesting the Bears should go for 2 when it was 26-26 with under 2 minutes left. Then he assures everyone the Bears are going to run the kickoff out of the end zone with 26 seconds left, down by 2. Complete moron.

The announcers were bad, the Steelers were bad, the Bears were bad and the officials were bad. And they called this a 'professional' football game?

I thought mc cloud was down. The ball was wobbly going down but when down it wasn’t moving until the guy hit it. Gift for the bears if you ask me. Perhaps a make up call from earlier for the late hit on fields.

I laughed at that and then he said good thing the receiver didn’t catch it when watt hit it down. If the receiver did catch it he would have stepped out of bounds with 1 second left and that kicker would have made it

He wasn’t down. It was a fumble. The Bears and refs handed that game to the Steelers. A game the Steelers controlled for the most part, until the end.

Not defending the Steelers, but most didn't expect them to make the playoffs, They are 5-3 and I think that is pretty unexpected. They have two rookies on their OL, a rookie RB, and aging QB. I don't think they are playing bad. My issue tonight was how they stopped putting pressure on Fields.

Their OL has been better then expected, Harris looks like a stud.

You obviously missed the second (or third) camera angle which very clearly showed it was a fumble, absolutely no question that it was the correct call.

No clear angle when he was actually down but the call was fumble. Doesn’t matter. That and marsh penalty is just the way it goes. Neither effected the outcome.

Looking at it in total, the NFL refs are having a terrible year.

At the same time I don't know what the Bears were doing. They lined up offside constantly. It is like they took the DB approach that they won't call them all.

The ref hip-checking the Bear player was a bad look, especially because the he threw his flag immediately after that contact. After the game the ref explained that he threw the flag because of taunting, not because of the hip check. (Edit: I call BS on this.) He didn’t try to deny that his sticking his hip out there was intentional. I had to wonder what was going on in his head.

At the same time, this is totally on Marsh, the Chicago player in the incident. If he had thought to act like a professional, we wouldn’t be talking about this now. And you can’t rule out the possibility that Chicago would have won, if not for that penalty.

As a Steelers fan, after watching that game, I now know what meatchicken and tosu fans feel like when the zebras gift wrap a W for you. Refs were pathetic and very much impacted the outcome.

I thought it hit the crossbar and bounced through so I was even more wrong. The ball hit in the end zone at just the right spot to create that illusion.

Marsh (2020 Steeler) let his emotions get the better of him. I think Corrente is getting a little bit of a bad rap. He was going to the flag before the bump. Marsh did his martial arts kick and that was fine. It wasn't until he took steps towards the Pittsburgh sideline and posed that the taunting was called. The contact was purely incidental. I don't think Corrente intentionally created contact. All that said, I agree that what Marsh did should not have been a penalty. I have seen much worse forms of taunting.

Same here, watching it live from that angle I thought it hit the crossbar too. I was surprised when I watched the replay and saw that it hit around the goal line.

That was weird but you would think Levy would have a better angle. I was like what, he almost drilled it from 65? Levy looked like a clown for that call. Maybe next time he will pay better attention.

Levy, Griese and Riddick were like whiney school girls all night. Yeah, I get there were some questionable calls against the Bears but shup up already and move on. Was this a national broadcast game or did they pipe in 3 yahoo da Bears fans from some bar on the south side?

No wonder why steelers cut marsh. What a dirt bag. Refs had not bearing on outcome whatsoever. Blame Chicago for lining up off sides numerous times on the last drive and several were not called.

The only thing I can think of is that Levy was watching the monitor and not the kick on the field. Agree they were whining all night. The one late hit on Fields probably was roughing, but the others were legit hits.
