Dak hasn't been playing like he's 100%. I had that in HS. It hurt bad & the back of my thigh was black & blue. Mornings were hell. I don't see how he's been playing through it. When did it happen?

I don’t think he played through anything. It popped on him when he dropped back and set his back leg for a pass attempt against Atlanta last week. Came out immediately and never went back in.

Possible it had been bothering him before it popped. Same thing happened with my rotator cuff. Been bothering me for a couple of months. But didn’t seem too bad. Then it just popped on a routine forehand. But I think the real thing with Dak is he’s 31 years old, but he looks like he’s an old 31. His body has taken a lot of punishment over the years.

Well, at least he was in the right place in his career to take advantage of Jerruh dropping the soap in the shower.

Just get an ATM installed at the house and have a bedroom you fill up with cash Dak.

The announcers in today's game with the Eagles said he was heading to New York for a 2nd opinion, so apparently surgery isn't a sure thing yet. Don't know if that means he could come back after a few weeks off or not.

He’s going to be on IR at a minimum. The surgery isn’t even required, its just the least risky way (albeit longer recovery time) for it to heal without complication or further aggravation. It could heal on its own within 6-8 weeks without surgery, but that only has him back for the last 1-2 games of the year. This is not anything close to a playoff team, so there’s not much reason to risk a setback by pushing it.

What’s going to happen - Philly is going to finish off any chance of Dallas having a path to the postseason in the next 90 minutes, and Dak is going to be shut down on Monday.
