And his brother kicked *** at #1 singles for West Jones this year. And MCC JUCO tennis is on a completely different level than any other JUCOs in Mississippi. Like NCAA tennis, most of their players are foreign.

They have tryouts for god's sake. Do you think these players travel from Europe to Laurel to tryout for Jones County's tennis team. Please. </p>

Editted to add...I see you specified MCC not JCC. MCC has one foreign player. They are ranked 17th in the nation, but consider that ICC, Hinds, MGCC, Pearl River, and Holmes are all ranked in the top 30.</p>

i never said anything about juco players being foreign, the hit was on the major univerities particular msu who 99.9% of the time recruit foreigners for the team...which over the last few years has become a bad investment for the university's tennis program.

I think all but one, mabye two, of our starters are European and we're a Top 10 team every year. But like dawgstudent said, nobody cares about college tennis anyway.

Sidenote: If the best running backs,shooting guards,linebackers,pitchers, etc. were in Europe, there wouldn't be any Americans on those teams either.
