Our best scoring defense was in 2000 when we gave up 14.5 ppg(6th nationally).

But for me the best one we've had came in 2011 with Clowney, Ingram, Gilmore, Allen and that bunch. They gave up a few more points (18.4 11th nationally) but just 267.7 ypg (3rd nationally)

Hard to top 2011 with Clowney, Ingram, Gilmore and Swearinger.

Nobody could hit like DJ.

Had Devin Taylor as well, that's when you know you had a good defense, when a future NFL player with 6.5 sacks in 2011 isn't even mentioned, LOL
