There's a lot of old ladies questioning your Wofford heritage with that comment.

Posted this earlier today on a similar thread on TIF. Makes me this simpler times.
Bob Barker = priceless memories of watching that show with my grandparents. I’ve watched a few old ones over the years…takes me right back to their living room…grandpa reading the paper and occasionally yelling at dumb contestants and grandma making lunch in the kitchen yelling back at him to be quiet.

I remember first watching Bob Barker on "Truth or Consequences" long before he was on "Price Is Right".
In defense of KW, Bill Cullen was good back in the day too, on various shows. As I recall, he walked with a limp.
As more people from my youth die, I feel older and older. That's especially true when its girls I knew in high school.

Both were good game show hosts, but Barker had ''charm'' so my grandma/mother /mother-in-law/aunts/cousins, etc. said!
Died at .99. That means he got as close to $1.00 with out going over as he could. Now it’s time to move on to the showcase.
One thing to add: Bob Barker was well-known for being an "animal" lover and advocate The same can be said of Betty White. They both lived to be 99. Maybe there's something to the various studies that having a dog leads to a decrease in blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart problems.
I should live to be 150 then for the two Great Danes that live in my house.
