This is my favorite:
It's organic, and water processed, decaf. Nice and smooth. Not cheap, but it's good. Other than this brand, it's "what's on sale" with a preference for organic and water processed if I can find it.
I like to do 3 teaspoons of decaf and 1 teaspoon of caffeinated. For caffeinated, I like the Jeremiah's as well, but again, "whatever's on sale" again with a preference for organic.
I use a cheap 5 cup drip coffee maker (Black Friday deal). IMO the secret to making a nice smooth cup of coffee is to keep the coffee maker clean.
Oh, and just a splash of milk.
