I’m 64. I have diabetes for 30 years. Blood pressure 174:92. You seem so angry. THAT is why I said what I said. My bad. I don’t normally name call but anyone I know who takes that drug has “issues”. You must be the exception. About the game. 44 got hurt second half. Had nothing after that. He was the guy who changed our season by blocking. He took the portal guys job. Both of them. I fault nothing in the game yesterday. Ran out of gas. Notre Dame had more size and more depth. If Beamer gets our team to play with that much effort and heart we will be a force. In case you didn’t notice our WHOLE team was in the huddle before the int. Tells me all I need to know. I ain’t bashing any of that or them. Bashing is an indirect form of name calling. So there’s that. I’m out.
Beta has exhibited very typical narcissistic behavior. He spews his bile every thread he is in….and then when he gets called on it plays the victim.

It’s kinda why I reacted like I did. Having been through recovery I know the behavior. Thanks! Even if he doesn’t drink it’s like an alcoholic mindset but doesn’t drink. Thus could be the other issue. Many justify.

I didn’t really understand all the passes at or behind the line of scrimmage.
These were starting to work for us against UT and clemson. But we were down some good players in the passing game. It was regression to midesason form.

With ND’s O-line and RBs, you can’t have five punts in a half (four in a row) and stay in the game. It’s that simple.
BINGO, Those 4-5 three and outs in the third killed our defense, which was playing well up to that point. UND is just too big on the lines to deal with that.

My issue with the offense is why does it seem that Rattler refuses to look or throw short or medium over the middle. It was all short passes to the outside or deep throws (which are not high percentage passes). Was he auditioning for the NFL trying to hit those long passes and sideline patterns? If so.....he failed misereably and like the OP kinda wish he'd pack his bags especially after watching so many good QBs this bowl season make a living over the middle.

To be fair, it was one of those "sideways passes" to Wells that resulted in a first down and victory over those hated Tigers in November. As for the game itself, I remember the men in the booth referring twice to the fact the SC defense was undersized compared to those on the Notre Dame O-Line. And as for stopping the running game of another team, it seems we failed to do that most of the year. Hated that we lost but still glad we stomped UT and ended the losing streak against the Tigers. In Year Two of a rebuild, lots of progress has been made. Until we start landing Top 10 Recruiting classes however, we will always be looking up at the Bamas of the country.
