Back to intentional grounding. I believe there is a clause that says you have to be under pressure for it to be IG, this of you grab and spike it, no time for pressure.

It’s not fully about pressure though, as it’s grounding if you delay your spike, or if you spike it when the clock was already stopped.

Well spiking it with the clock stopped would likely be delay of game. And if you delay your spike the d line may have had time to get pressure. I have seen instances where it hasn't gone past the line of scrimmage and they've ruled that there wasn't pressure.
