For all those pop music and country singers.....take note. The combined Military and Naval Academy choruses sang our National Anthem the proper way today before the Army-Navy game.

National Anthem. Singular, not plural by the way, like others think there are.
this game always gives me goose bumps.
According to my middle school music teacher, the music used for the National Anthem was a popular drinking song at the time, thus it was his belief that the Anthem should be sun with gusto and not turned into an opera.
What I love about this game is these guys are not going to the NFL ... they play the game for the love of the game and to represent their academic institutions. No showboating after a TD or QB sack. Just good hard hitting football.
They play the game like the college game was 30 years ago.
