NCAA rule for transfers is get ONE year instant eligibility - correct?

I don't think NCAA rule allows this right to be unlimited - correct? Ewers transfer to Texas already used his up.

Yeah, you have a one-time “you can play right away if you transfer” card.

But Ewers hasn’t played yet. So, could he transfer again and play right away if he does it before playing a game at UT? Would seem like it.

Hunter Johnson just transferred back to Clemson. Got beat out by Lawrence went to Northwestern and now back at Clemson. But he has his degree.

Nope. transfer is effective when the player enrolls in the other school.
