Or maybe just have a total word limit on any topic for a person. You write 600 words and your done for the post.
What are you talking about here?If it was his own post and his thoughts, it would be ok but going to his favorite blog, then copy what they sat and then paste here is not cool. No one is reading it. Taking up space.
I completely agree; mine is pretty robust. I almost always click "read ignored list" or whatever; I mainly use it as a way to remind myself who isn't fun to engage with.Who?
The ignore feature works great
He's the only poster that I've ever blocked in my years of posting here, I only see a message that says something like "You are ignoring content by this member". No " golfer" comments for the last couple years for me and it's been glorious.Who?

Rebelbruiser scoffs at your idea of wordy posts. And also he is a c0cksucker.Or maybe just have a total word limit on any topic for a person. You write 600 words and your done for the post.

I tend to agree with you, except for Fighting Irish. That ignore was definitely worth it.Ignore is for pussies. You dont like something, don't read it. Or, read it and get over it.
You’re on quite a few ignore lists as well.I completely agree; mine is pretty robust. I almost always click "read ignored list" or whatever; I mainly use it as a way to remind myself who isn't fun to engage with.
I do wish there were a way to ignore posts but not topics; sometimes that leads to missing some good replies.
As far as glfr, some of us are more loquacious than others. If I really were to hazard a guess, more often than not he's right and that can lead to other folks getting in their feels some kinda way. I get it.
What are you talking about here?
You think I copy and paste comments from blogs? That is a new one. And no, I do not do that.
SPS can become what Twitter once was - limit posts to 140 characters.
I'm sure I am, thx for the infoYou’re on quite a few ignore lists as well.
Glfr is ignored by 32 posters. Far and away the clubhouse leader.
Also of note: I don’t know if he still reads the board but Dawg61 has literally the entire board on ignore.
More attitudeWhat's the difference in the "Ignore" and "Block" status?
What did I do to you, *** hole? I mean, other than write 1,000+ word posts. I did do that multiple times.Or maybe just have a total word limit on any topic for a person. You write 600 words and your done for the post.
Man I was thinking, I know glfr gets long-winded but he ain't the only one. What did I do to you, *** hole? I mean, other than write 1,000+ word posts. I did do that multiple times.
I think I disagree with him on 99% but it's never occurred to me to dislike him much less ignore him. I assume like most people on this board, I'd be perfectly happy to play a round of golf or have a drink with him if he'd promise to not wear his roller blades while doing so.I agree with him on some things and disagree with him on others. It doesn’t hurt me to read something I disagree with. If I have time, I may present a counter argument, but I usually don’t.
I think life is more interesting when there is more than one perspective.
I'm typing out a 1,000+ word post right now about how @Bulldog Bruce doesn't know **** and Hunter Hines actually needs to stand closer to the plate.Man I was thinking, I know glfr gets long-winded but he ain't the only one.
You're.** Can we add a block for people who don't know the difference between your and you're?Or maybe just have a total word limit on any topic for a person. You write 600 words and your done for the post.
I know it’s not kept up with but his words per post would blow everyone else out of the water on Sixpack.Man I was thinking, I know glfr gets long-winded but he ain't the only one.
