and maybe he is just a case of the best athlete on the team playing the QB position at a small school. Writeup says "Banks is an exceptional athlete who could play on either side of the ball at the next level".

Very small, but a big time player (for a small league school). His dad was quick as a cat 25 years ago. Got killed in a car wreck around Adaton if I remember correctly. I believe Johnathan was in the car too (real young at that time).

Congrats to him.....big honor to go SEC from a 1 or 2A school in Mississippi.

I have actually seen him play. He is a REALLY good athlete. I think Croom picked up a good one from down the road. The only question is can he catch the ball, but he certainly is athletic enough to be a good player if he can learn to catch and run routes.

a basketball player. He's suppose to be able to jump, I think Southern Miss was looking at him for BB.

Sounds like a hell of a FS in 2 or 3 years.

I like the idea of him being from Ms. rather than Al.. I think he`s got a decent upside and can probably get in school.
