I doubted Anderson was the answer to the running game. I was mostly wrong. He’s way better than anything else we’ve got.
With 26 carries, I’d like to see him go over 100. I don’t think our running game is “good” by any means. But he’s definitely better than I thought he was going to be and should be the first option going forward.

Yeah, he’s not a magician. But he turns a putrid running game into a slightly below average running game. Which is about all we can hope for until the OL gets their **** together.
Yep. I think he’s at least good enough to make opposing defenses have to think about the run, which is light years ahead of where we have been this season.
He has some quicks too! He can make people miss in the hole. I remember one play in particular last night when he had a defender on him immediately after taking the hand-off. A quick juke left the defender grabbing air and Anderson went on for a gain.
I know it sucked to lose him. But he is in good hands, Carolina relentlessly supports its players.
Mario went beast mode last night on Miss State’s defensive line, w/ a little credit to big #51 who push him on through just a tad! Not that he needed the help, just it’s better to bring to much then not enough!
Anderson has grit and I think is someone who will get better. He established himself as RB1 in my opinion and a red-zone weapon. I like the chemistry between him and Rattler.
