The Rhames kid transferred his senior year in HS from Sumter to Manning..Not exactly sure whats going on with him.
Not too shabby.
I don’t keep with HOF either, but that Miami team I know is considered one of the best of all timeChallenging request for me as I haven't paid any attention to who's been added to the NFL HOF for the last 20+ years. I do enjoy the contributions though.
Surprised nobody has mentioned Peyton Manning. Ironically, perhaps the best QB performance I’ve ever seen at WB was Tee Martin in ‘98. I was amazed at how white his uniform still was after the game.
Yeah, Vinny Testaverde. Forgot about him. He was fabulous. Made quite the impression on me.The Miami team of about 85 that came to WB had HOF players all over the field.
I was interested in seeing answers to your actual question. Only two named so far are/will be HOF. Will reply when I get time to think about it.I was born in 1990 and have gone to a lot of games at Williams Brice over the years. I'm interested to hear about some of the players you've seen for opposing teams that came to the Brice and went on to have HOF Careers in the NFL.
Are all those names in the NFL Hall of Fame?Deion and Leroy Butler from FSU…Michael Irvin, Miami…Fran Tarkenton, UGA…Jack Youngblood, Florida…Sonny Jurgensen, Duke…Lawrence Taylor UNC…Bill Cowher, NC State…Sam Huff, West Virginia….Stabler, but game was at Alabama and Notre Dames Montana was on the roster in ‘76, but didn’t make the trip due to a separated shoulder.
So are you wanting NFL Players we've witnessed in person or just those who ended up in Canton? If the former, that's a helluva lot of players. The latter list is pretty lengthy as well.I was born in 1990 and have gone to a lot of games at Williams Brice over the years. We still haven't tackled Garrison Hearst, kudos for the call out, but that was a rough day and memory.Did anyone say Ike Hilliard? He was special. Garrison Hearst. Didn't Mark Ingram play for the Bama team that Spurrier's boys beat in 2010? I believe he did.
Miami played in Columbia in 1986. First Game of the Ellis Era.The Miami team of about 85 that came to WB had HOF players all over the field.
I wonder how many INTs Ellis threw in that game? He had 22 for the year. Our record for the 1986 season was 3-6-2 per https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/schools/south-carolina/1986.htmlMiami played in Columbia in 1986. First Game of the Ellis Era.
I saw Peyton play us at WB. It was bad, real bad.Surprised nobody has mentioned Peyton Manning. Ironically, perhaps the best QB performance I’ve ever seen at WB was Tee Martin in ‘98. I was amazed at how white his uniform still was after the game.
Saw both. Was 8 or so. Remember sitting in stands and announcer saying Picillio caring. Asked my Dad do they any other players.Ron Sellers from FSU is one of the best along with Brian Picillio. Yes I am old.
Was there took game off TV. and we made a comeback second half. Also all pro? LB on that team.Saw Dan Marino with Pitt. Don't think the Cocks laid a hand on him the whole game. But maybe my memory is fading at advance age.
