NIL is a Civil Rights Issue

If I was a lawyer for the collectives I would definitely have that threat in my back pocket. It wouldn't hurt to drop a whisper or two about it at the upcoming Congressional Forum that the Collectives are attending. If Congress were to eventually pass Lindsey's Clearinghouse Law, it could be immediately challenged in the Supreme Court citing civil rights violations. The Federal Government passing laws to inhibit the free market in an effort to disenfranchise young adults in general, and specifically targeting the young adults who dominate the biggest money-making college sports.
