That’s the time to do it, before you have started your first class. Sounds reasonable to me.

Why not? NIL is just a pit stop on the way to paying all players. This guy is just moving it along.

The attempts to keep the schools an arms length away from the NIL have already failed miserably. They are supporters and promoters of it. Soon, they will be doing it.

Yep, I’ll stop watching college sports once this is a regular thing. Hard enough to see what school the 18 year old will choose. Now we have to wait to see if they’ll stay. If they’ll play the bowl game. And now if they’ll play at all…

Nope…won’t do it. Hope it doesn’t catch on…but it will. I miss the old days.

FSU player holding out over NIL issues. I say turn him loose.

I agree with the sentiment, but in all seriousness the only recourse I see for FSU is to not renew his athletic scholarship, assuming he's on a year to year scholarship grant.

how’s his nil situation the football teams fault? i’d suspend him for a few games even if he got another deal. looks like he had one but didn’t hold up his end of the deal and got dropped from the “sponsor”. who’s going to give him a deal now that he’s basically demanding one?

I say let him test the NIL waters at N.C. A&T.
