If anyone is trying to pinpoint where rock bottom might be, getting beat by the University of Southern Mississippi in front of 10's of fans at "The Rock" on a 105 degree summer day in August of 2025 might be the ticket...

My guess is we dropped NIU to pick up UConn, who got bought out by Ohio St who replaced them with Grambling. Total speculation on my part.

I think the deal is that you can only use one FCS win towards bowl eligibility, a consideration that will probably be moot for us anyway.
