Jamaica. Given the shady current history there, definitely drugs. Several women have been raped there while on vacations. That could possibly send someone into some sort of mental breakdown as such sadly depending on one’s psychological fortitude.

Some speculate that she was raped while in Jamaica and flipped out at the airport as a result.
