Mark Grace for me. A random state player from the early 2000s that I associate with the number 17 is Jamie Rock. Don't ask me why I remember him.

I was going to say Tim Nelson, but now that I saw this pic I have to agree with Kyle York. He has a great story about finding out he was starting his first game in the locker room in Oregon. I think he said Jackie didn't tell him Fant wasn't traveling so he could sleep the night before.

Who I immediately thought of. Apparently, he's a really good dude. But as a Broncos fan I hated his whiny ***.

Jeez, I remember this game like yesterday. Oregon jumped on us 21-0 a minute into the 2nd quarter.

Hey NCAA, do you remember that the only reason York started this game is because Fant was SUSPENDED because someone bought him some 17in tires?
Glad you caught on LOL

I had to Google it but some of the duos were unbelievable. Barkley and Marjle. Kemp and Benjamin. We really had it good growing up
NBA Jam: Tournament Edition had three players per team and you rotated them. The 76ers had Jeff Malone as one of their players.

I was somewhere the other night that had the NBA game on and I only knew one player. I’m not anti-watching the NBA, I just don’t really make time for it anymore. Something else was also on about Vince Carter in his Prime and I knew about every player they showed from that time period. That’s when I felt old.

I’m that way with MLB as well. I don’t want to say I don’t care about them because DCD will add me to the list but I just have no desire to watch anything outside of the NFL. I bet I could name 5X more college baseball players than MLB.
