As the season progresses Allar and his WR’s will get their timing down. From what I’ve seen tonight Allar might be something special coming down the stretch. The kicker missing a 2nd missed FG inside the 20 may force coach Franklin to go for it on 4th down.

All summer we talked about how our great OL and RBs would control the game and take the pressure off of Allar. That sure hasn't happened so far. 214 yds passing vs 63 yds rushing.

For a whole month I've read on on3.com and other sources about all the weight room heroics of Van den Berg and that he had worked his way into the rotation....so.....why havent I seen him play a down tonight?

WVU had 6 on the line and overwhelmed the PSU o line for most of the first half. The last drive, WVU had 4 on the line and Allar looked good completing passes until the final 3 plays. Did they have to go for it from there or could they have done something else? Also, this is Nourzad’s first start at center?

I watched a chunk of the 1st half during halftime, and you're right. Several of WVU's tackles could have been called as horse collars.

Yes. Our DBs are excellent. Move more players to the line like WVU did for most of the first half.

damn, if KLS catches that ball he might go all the way. Allar's throw was a tad low, but the ball should have been caught. It was a 1st down if he caught it
