I thought the same thing but the center delayed contact after he snapped the ball. It’s to deceive the D-line. No not a false start.

The QB was leaning forward took a step and didn’t reset. Illegal motion on QB

PSU seems confused on getting plays in. Should try up tempo. Letting play clock go to 0. That first down fumble by Clifford was a drive killer.

1st down after the Cain run should have been a time out. Confusion, Parker comes on late, should have been procedure but I guess they aren't calling that today, and a fumbled snap.

Clifford is one hell of a great person. However, he is just not playing like a QB who has all that game experience. It’s frustrating

Not to belabor the point, but most of these passes are just not competitive.

I what point does Clifford at least keep them in bounce and give his recievers a chance? 2nd and 10, blitz comes, turns away and throws it out of bounce with his big TE streaking. 3rd and 10, also out of bounce to KLS. Can't get 1st downs putting them out of bounce.
