Can see why both of these coaches can't win the big games in their conference. PSU goes into some weird hurry-up with running plays and swing passes for nothing when the defense wasn't going to call a timeout. Then Miss has it with :45 and 2 TO's and has been crushing us with pass plays vs the green corners and they don't even try to work it into FG range??

Both coaches overthink things. Kirby Smart simply lined up and ran the ball down their throats. We need the same strategy in the 2nd half.

To be fair, Allar's big pass was a fluke tipped pass to Warren. If it hadn't been tipped it likely would have been incomplete.

Agree and the new OC supposedly has used 2 QBs in the past. I’m looking forward to seeing what he comes up with for next year. There’s a lot of talent for him to work with. More than he has ever had before at his disposal.

If I understand it correctly, that was out of necessity due to injuries, but that’s not necessarily his M.O. What it does show, for sure, is that he is willing and able to change things up in meaningful ways to maximize the talent he has at his disposal at any one time—which is a great trait to have.

Yeah, the last TD pass was to a RB and the fluke big gain was to a TE. The WR room is awful. I don’t understand why more of these guys haven’t had the move on conversation or why more portal guys aren’t coming in. You can’t run an offense like this.

I suspect that they are concerned with keeping Allar for the new OC, but if you want to win this game a QB switch would be a good idea.

I'm not sure what the priority should be, but I'm leaning toward next year.
