Couple things:
--on a weather day such as today, ground game will have be working to open up limited passing opportunities.
--which receiver will stand out today given the possibility of Parker Washington being out?
----Tinsley, KLS, or TEs?
--defese needs to ensure the scrambling RU QB is hemmened in

No. The KO is delayed till 3:40. The game will be streamed on the Fox Sports App. That's the only alternative

3 & out for PSU on the opening drive. Cliff nearly sacked on 3rd down, and had to throw it early and while being tackled. Drew Shelton at LT had trouble with the DE

Once again, Clifford doesn't feel the pressure. Could have stepped up in the pocket.

Rutgers goes 3 & out on their opening drive. They actually lost 2 yards on a run, and on their 2 passes the passes weren't even close to the receivers. PSU blitzed on 3rd down

It's not good for them that the Rutgers punter is near the NCAA record for total punts.
