4 laps to go in the CocaCola 600, Jimmie Johnson cooks an engine and his crew chief, Chad Knaus says over the radio, "Are you 17ing kidding me?". And the entire nation heard it. Announcers even apologized for it. And to top it off, Jr. runs out of gas, with the lead, coming out of 4. Unbelievable. Kind of like Indy earlier today.

I was thinking how common it's become on MLB broadcasts last night. On ESPN's broadcasts in particular, they have their dugout and home plate mics incredibly loud and run them live, so there's really no avoiding hearing a "17" after a pop up.

Is like watching a hockey game. Felt like you were watching a long commercial when a race broke out. Anyway think everyone but DW knew that JR would run out of gas.
