At this point facilities don't really matter. IMO baseball coaches don't really matter either. I'd pay a coach half a million to sit on the bench and stay out of the way and spend all of that money on players.

Did you go to Delta State or Ole Miss?

To be fair, Ole Miss boosters have a long history of buying players so the transition to NIL was much easier for them.
Why don’t our fans understand this? They just think we can do whatever they do.

Let’s take the 2014/2015 teams of both. Even back then, that team of theirs was largely bought and paid for. Ours was built on development.

As long as Kiffin is there they will be good/great every year. Guess I'm one of the only ones that honestly believes that Florida will eventually fire their HC and throw the bank at Kiffin. He would be a great fit there and could definitely win a championship there and when he does eventually leave OM then will just promote JJ to HC. As much as I hate it they have set themselves up nicely. Meanwhile, we just keep stringing along and trying to be budget friendly.
I agree, Lane is gonna parlay his success into a top 10 job soon. He’s an ethical and social pariah, but he’s been just mature enough to be successful at a place that has no advantages against anybody. That will pay off at some point.

He is doing his best to change his perception.

To clarify, all SEC money can now be used to pay for football players - so unless an alum wants to drop 8 figures on facilities, we will keep them as is.
Which is really ashamed for us..... with the prime seats being 100 years old.

Ole Miss went and barrow money for the NIL. That has to be paid back with new contribution. They are not that far ahead of anyone. Just in debt for one season.
I have a feeling this is a Bulldog Urban legend.

They have DR, Lawyers and Politicians all more than willing to give to the collective.

The same posters predicting their demise were the ones still calling it cheating after NIL dropped.

Long, long fall ahead. They are going to be VERY good and we are going to rival Vandy for worst SEC team.

If Dart stays healthy, they can win it all. Anyone who doesn't agree is just being dumb for stubbornness sake.
you want to put money on it! i doubt it you are just flapping your gums.
