First of all congratulations and in order on the series win. We could just as easily won or lost all three but we really fought hard for 9 innings. Pitching was much better. Perhaps we have finally figured out a few things there. Hitting for average was not better but was more timely. Shout out to the coaching staff for making some tough decisions that had to be made. Overall, great job. Two series wins in a row also. Great atmosphere created by our fans as well.

Now for the brake pumping. We played an awful team. Yes the miss rebs are the defending champs but they are scraping rock bottom this season. We still have our backs against the wall with another must win series this week and some harder challenges down the road. I am encouraged but cannot forget the predicament we got ourselves in and still maintain that we have to make a regional at minimum or certain things need to happen.

All we can do is hope, root for the dogs, let the season play out and then decide what we need to do.

Good take...

Looking ahead to Auburn, their pitching stats are nearly as bad as ours and I have a feeling if we looked at only the last 10 games we're better by a mile.

They aren't great at the plate either. They bat a respectable .290 vs left but a league worst .210 against right.
