Poor DeBoer inherited a playoff roster 😂

It'll be interesting to see how it plays out. Is DeBoer not that good of a coach and Saban left behind such a good roster, that they got 9 wins anyway?

Didn't Bama have a massive loss in the transfer portal last year, after the announcement?

Well now, if a loss to Michigan would be catastrophic to Alabama, all I can say is

I think it's more of a case of style vs roster with them. Georgia exposed a lot in that game even in a loss. I think DeBoer is a good, not great coach. I could be wrong, but I don't feel like he's gonna have them winning 11-12 games each year regularly.

What is the spread? Bama should cover it.

Ohio State lost because that dumb@$$ up there disarmed his own passing attack - one of the best in the country - to prove to the world that Ohio State is still a "real Big 10 team" and can run over people. Well, he couldn't, and Michigan, with no passing attack at all, did.

DeBoer won't make that same mistake.

The Alabama game was fascinating. I know a loss is a loss, but I actually think Kirby outcoached DeBoer in the game. Bama, obviously, had a fantastic plan coming in and they blitzed UGA out of the gate...just smoked them. It was 28-0 before you could blink and 30-7 at halftime. But UGA made absolutely unreal adjustments. Nothing Alabama did in the first half worked in the 2nd half. UGA had absolutely no business even making that game mildly interesting, much less being in a position to win. That receiver from Bama made a couple miraculous circus catches to save the day for Bama, though.

We'll see. DeBoer's track record would indicate that he's a great coach. His career record is 113-15. The most losses a DeBoer team ever suffered in one season is 3.
