OK, let's hear it. Yay or nay?

I don't necessarily think there's little green dudes flying around space on a motorcycle. But there's certainly SOMETHING out there. I'm more interested in the technology/science part of the conversation. Not sure if anyone listens to Joe Rogan, but hit up episode 1315. Bob Lazar opens up about stuff he saw working on some of this tech. One of the things he talks about it how they were working on wreckage and trying to replicate it. He said the craft he was assigned to had a reactor right in the center of it. He said the magnetic field around it was so strong you couldn't touch it. And it wasn't connected to anything. No wires, nothing. There were no controls or buttons, no control panel. He said when they tried to measure the power loss on the reactor there was no heat loss, which he said was impossible. He said everything about that reactor he would have said was impossible to create going into the project.

Lazar went public with what he saw. Said he go a call from someone in the government that said "you have no idea what we're going to do with you", and they worked to destroy the lives of anyone who was connected to him. I would certainly check it out if this stuff interests you.

Man, I’ve gone down that rabbit hole too. Some really crazy stuff going on out there.Check out religion professsor Diana Pasulka on YouTube or the goings on at Skinwalker Ranch.

also way down the rabbit hole look up Collin’s Elite.
At the beginning they said proof of aliens would disprove creation and debunk the Bible, but the people studying this stuff find the opposite is happening.
Anyway Good luck.

Coming at it from the theological angle, there cannot be alien life. It's clear from the biblical account that this planet was specially created for the purpose of harboring life.

Of course, most don't believe the biblical account, but I won't delve into that argument.

What if the aliens have their own bible, and heaven is the place where humans and aliens unite??

The religious angle is certainly interesting. But hearing about this technology that we can't replicate and had previously viewed as impossible is crazy. We can't even define gravity, but these things seem to defy it. Fascinating.

I'm pretty sure I have read in the Bible God said, " I am the creator of many worlds" but having trouble finding it.

I always start skeptically on these things but are open minded.Lots of BS from Charlatans out there but some of this stuff is really hard to explain.
Reportedly a group of very senior people in the pentagon are convinced this has a demonic facet to it and they are resisting research by the military into the phenomenon.
Joe Rogans podcast with Commander David Fravor,David Grush, and Jeremy Corbell/ George Knapp also very good.
James Fox also with some interesting stuff about events in Brazil and Zimbabwe.Supposedly a craft landed at a school in Zimbabwe 40 or so years ago and was seen by like a hundred witnesses.A full length movie coming out about it.

I believe there is something out there. When Jimmy Carter was sworn in office he asked George Bush ( who was Director of the CIA) about UFO's and George told him, " that is on a need to know basis, and you don't need to know." Lolol

With regards to aliens existing, Science would emphatically say YES. Even without hard proof (like an alien selfie), the mathematic probability of life existing elsewhere in the universe is practically 100%. The cosmos is THAT large, with billions and billions and billions and billions of planets and stars aligned in the "goldilocks zone" of habitable conditions. Matter of fact, Science is leaning towards life having started on other planets and Earth was seeded with microbes that eventually became all life as we know it. ***See Panspermia

With regards to aliens having visited us in the past or present, the threshold for proof is high! An ancient painting, witness statements, cave art, fuzzy pics, or indeterminate video images, while VERY compelling, is not definitive proof. Do I personally think aliens have visited us?? Ugh, I have to say NO. Do I want them to?? Yes. But to play in this sandbox, you need undeniable proof. UNDENIABLE. You need less proof to put a man to death, but with aliens, you need more! Now, I do believe something is happening within our government related to unidentified phenomenon? Oh hell yeah! They know something--whether it's alien tech, foreign tech, our tech...time will tell, hopefully.

What's most interesting to me is that we are seeing a massive cultural, governmental, and scientific shift towards finding answers. The Science community is less and less interested in bolstering government propaganda of the Cold War era and is now interested in finding answers for themselves. The gov't community now has whistleblowers, pilots, and leaders coming forward, willing to speak on the record. The journalism community is also less inclined to call people whackos and wants answers on where gov't and aliens or UAPs intersect. Socially, I think there's always been interest, but people are really hungry for answers. No more swamp gas excuses will do!

Actually...theologians tasked with the idea of alien life point to John 14:2, "In my father's house are many mansions." Referring to many "abodes" or dwelling places for life. This would include the vastness of the universe. And respectfully, your statement about Earth being created specifically for life is okay, but nowhere in the Bible does it state that the Earth is the ONLY place created for harboring life. Theologically speaking, aliens are perfectly okay. And this is according to religious scholars of multiple faiths. It's only human hubris and ignorance that keeps us from accepting the immense intent of God's creation. As if God were a toddler with PlayDo, who couldn't express on a grander and more complex infrastructure of life.

I think there is something else out there (and don't think the Bible precludes that thought). If they are around, however, no one has seen them. If you have the ability to get to Earth, you're not going to get caught on camera by some airline pilot. Also, have you ever noticed that anyone that claims that they have proof comes across as an insane person? Take Bob Lazar - here's a dude with a Wikipedia page, doing interviews on Joe Rogan's podcast - claiming that his knowledge had the US Government calling on a phone to threaten him (according to the OP). But why is he still around saying his crazy stuff?!?

I will say though, if the government does have information related to aliens - they need to keep it to themselves. I used to think everything should be released, but our country can't take it. People can't handle the fact that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are dating, or that college football players can make money now. Our country would not be able to absorb definitive information that aliens exist and still lead normal and productive lives.

Too many things wrong with this to bother addressing at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, lol.

Suffice it to say, no legitimate interpretation of John 14:2 has anything to do with the vastness of the universe. You have to interpret scripture contextually, and the idea of the vastness of the universe has absolutely zero contextual support from what Jesus is talking about there.

I could not find any reference to "many worlds." But the Bible does say God is the creator of all things.

Please, explain when you have time. If you are coming to this from a fundamentalist Protestant perspective, then YOU are likely wrong, lol. Catholic theologians, and MANY others, concede that the Bible leaves plenty of room for alien life. The Vatican, no less an authority than your local pastor Bob, has spoken about alien life being wholly possible. But what do the founders of the Church know, amirite?

Humanity is profoundly dumb, as a whole. People slaughtering others for crack, or a parcel of land, or a Mohammed cartoon, or a gay kid, or God, or tennis shoes, or traffic, etc., says it all about who we are.

You want them to just kill him? You know how many people they'd have to just kill for stuff like this? They'd rather just try to shut him up by ruining people around him, and trying to discredit him. I don't know the guy...maybe he's FOS. But this guy doesn't come across as an insane person at all. He's not interested in aliens probing rectums. He's just a science nerd that was blown away at the technology he saw at S4.

Read this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fermi_paradox
and the Zoo paradox sometime.

Basically, it would take forever to talk with any other galaxy.

Also us talking with aliens could be like hummingbirds talking to whales -- no overlap of frequencies. One could live forever without realizing that the other was trying to talk..

And intelligent life is smart enough to know that avoiding contact is safer.

Just some of the many reasons that aliens would not want to talk to us, or would be unable to make it work.

On some level, yes. If what he's running his mouth about is really that important, then that necessitates something more than a "phone call" - really? a phone call? But instead they try to "ruin" those around him? Please. That's the basis of every conspiracy theory - a very vague danger that can never be proven or explained. And if you point that out (that what he's saying can never be proven or explained) - that's just because of the "conspiracy." And why is he still allowed to run his mouth about all this without any repercussions from the "government" that said it would ruin him?

At some point you have to put up some evidence, or you're just a charlatan looking for attention.

Nah, Snowden is still alive. The gov't isn't running around offing people.

Doesn't mean he's telling the truth either. The gov't also knows there's no real proof anyone has. Not like you're getting a camera in there or anything. So you discredit him, label him a propagandist, and poof....he gone. I'm fine with the charlatan stuff. It's just interesting that the possibility exists for this stuff. We are seeing video evidence of things our gov't claims to not be able to explain. So SOMETHING is going on.

Thought it was interesting they were tapping his phone. He knew it, and it was protocol for people with that clearance. But he didn't tell his wife, and they heard her having an affair while listening in on her calls. That's how he found out. But he couldn't tell her bc it she wasn't supposed to know. Brutal.
