FWIW, I saw AC/DC last about maybe 15 or so? years ago in Memphis. I thought they were old then, but they still very much kicked ***. They are one of the very few acts that didn't seem to have slowed down in their show. It was straight loud, classic, thunderous rock n roll for 2 hours at maximum effort, and they sounded good. They brought the 40' Rosie blow up doll with them. Really good show.

Now I know what the last 15 years has done to me, so I'm not saying they are going to be at peak performance... but I imagine Brian and Angus will still put on a show.

I have a problem going to see geriatric Rock Stars. I saw Meatloaf when he couldn't sing anymore. I went to a Billy Joel concert 2 years ago. I saw Joe Walsh about 5 years ago. Now Billy could still sing, but he just sat there. Joe could still play.

My issue is more with the crowd, and I understand I was part of that, but they were so <17>n' OLD. They shuffle in with walkers and canes and most of the first three rows is actually handicap seating. I'm from a time where The Stones sang "what a drag it is getting old" and The Who " I hope I die before I get old". I'm still scarred from the 2014 R&RHOF ceremony when Cat Stevens went in with Kiss, E Street, Linda Ronstadt, Peter Gabriel and some dead folks. Cat had given up the hard life and long time ago and looked pretty good, but all the others just looked like dead men walking. It's just NOT Rock and Roll.
I saw Marshall Tucker a couple of years ago opening for Alabama. It was horrible and sad. Best part about MT was the insane 12 year old guitarist they brought onstage for a song.
