UAW strike is beating the SAG in the strike ratings. lol
Noon deadline today for UAW should prove to have some interesting fireworks and bury the SAG even further into the forgotten.

At least a dozen for me. Added 2 since the start of the season, after NC and UGA.
Hopefully the version that has the audio from Todd and Tommy synced up to it. I'm not a huge fan of Todd, but listening to those two during that game was gold.

Don't look too good. They struggled to put away Austin Peay. Then got destroyed by UF last week. Joe Milton sucks.
Our secondary must play TN aggressively the way FL did or we will have trouble. Can't do what we did in the 2nd half against GA.

Me, I say poop on all of 'em! There's A-PLENTY that I have yet to stream/binge. And if I finish all of that (LOL), then I'll find more than enough stuff to do outside. 😁

Edit - Link added for context;

Yes, I am very concerned.
My son-in-law works in the industry.
He has been a Grip, a Best Boy, and most recently a mobile crane operator.
There are thousands of folks out of work due to strike and they have no voice in settling it.

Verbally and in my mind, I say screw them. But then I know the time for the couple of shows, I actually do watch, to come back on is going to arrive and that’s going to suck.

So, I’m conflicted.

I don’t understand unions or how so many who are not in a union support them. In the history of the US, unions helped get rid of child labor and other bad practices (I took a labor economics class at USC.) Now, we have laws that lessen the need for labor unions. Other than for the benefit of their members, what good are they and why do non union people want to support them?

I have worked a union job (it was odd for my line of work) and non union jobs.

The union I was in (UAW) was garbage, fostered laziness, and had tiered benefits, protecting older employees while sacrificing the benefits of the younger employees.

I have no sympathy for unions.

Fostered laziness....that's the main thing for me. There is ZERO incentive to put in more effort that the guy beside you. You're going to make the same no matter what. A company I used to work for had a few union shops. My first time visiting one we had a customer that came to pick up an order. I just happened to be walking through the warehouse when the customer found me. I went to the breakroom where the guys were and told them someone was here for their order. They said he would have to wait 30 minutes b/c they just started their mandatory break. I said, OK I'll pull it for him. They said "no you won't. you can't take any work from us or we'll file a grievance." Customer got pissed and went down the street to a competitor. It was infuriating dealing with those shops. Always something stupid like that going on.

It's funny seeing articles trying to get the American people concerned about something that has absolutely no impact on their lives whatsoever. Nothing in this world could be more inconsequential.

Hollywood Writer's Strike Hits Clemson

Late in the fourth quarter, Clemson lined up for a 29-yard field goal but Jonathan Weitz yoinked it wide left.

Greg McElroy then commented that this could've been a Hollywood ending had Weitz made the kick until Sean McDonough had a hilarious response.

"Well, the writers are on strike," he said.
