The Omarr thread got me to thinking of how many great athletes I've seen in my lifetime on bad MSU teams. Jerrious Norwood is one such example in football.

In any MSU sport, who gets your vote for best player on worst team?

Before my time, but DD Lewis. 1-17 SEC record and he's in the college football hall of fame.

Tyler Moore played several years in MLB after 1 year at MSU [2008]8), in which we didn't make Hoover or the NCAA Tournament.

Jerious Norwood. Played on probably the worst 4 MSU football teams of the past 30 years (all in a row), and was and still is the highest offensive skill position draft pick we’ve had since JJ Johnson.

Craig Sword has had a decent pro career hanging around in the G league and playing some overseas. He was good at state on some unwatchable teams

Anthony Dixon. Unfortunately Croom's conditioning program kept him from reaching his peak. I'd throw Derek Pegues in there too.
