Bronny James diagnosed with congenital heart defect, family says he will play again
The defect is described as significant but treatable.
I canāt imagine USC would clear him to play. The decision to keep playing seems a bit . . . perilous.

It would be consistent with how Lebron operates.I'd bet they just can't imagine him not having a future in basketball. Lebron seems bent on playing in the league with his son.
My argument would be.... then try to imagine him not having a future.
That's some pretty damn high-risk stakes there. Is it really worth it? Not like Bronny needs the money....

You should know by now that everyone here are doctors after the 1200 page thread on Covid on the old site. Before y'all jump to conclusions about someone's health and goals because of his name, take a read at this:
USC hoops cardiac arrest
For those against reading or CNN, the crux of it is that USC had someone on last year's team have a similar cardiac arrest in summer practice and he eventually returned to play in games late in the season.
Bronny may never play a second of basketball again but why wouldn't you put in a press release that the goal is to play again?
