Sweet, please let us know how it goes. I have been getting hit up with them quite a bit recently and haven't seen them. Some folks I trust said they were pretty GD good live.
Enjoy it’s a 3 hr marathon show. Had to sell the tix for the Philly show due to circumstances beyond my control. Next tour though! Here is a new song from one of their members, Cook Craig

And this is a track from GUM (dude from Tame Impala) and Ambrose Kenny-Smith of KGATLW

Member of GUM Jay Watson, also in Pond.

The Aussies are playing the best rock music these days. Give it a minute to kick in...

Pics or it didn't happen. ;)
I won’t pay monthly to Imgur so here’s a 4 yo big Pete shave pic. if you remember, he was a Union guy so he was off Thursday am to sat midnite so I would wake him up 2pm Thursdays and we would drink in our barn and woods til dinn. We got into all sorts of afternoon drunkenness we bow shot a deer, felled a tree and made giant fires. We also shaved my hippy Covid hair yearly. Big Pete, who I miss dearly, actually texted me today and told me his METS were gonna teach my Phil’s a lesson.
pics of big Pete’s work with the shaver:

Best living guitarist IMHO.

Going to see King Gizzard tomorrow!!!

Daughter saw them with her fiance a week or two ago, with Geese, in Asheville. Said they were phenomenal. They just start playing and don't stop for nearly two hours. Now I'd like to see the them with Geese.

Pond and Gum and KGATLW and Tame Impala and the Psychedelic Porn Crumpets all great

F'ing right. Been listening to more Crumpets lately. I only wish Tame Impala stuck with the sound of the first two albums. Murlocs are good too (Ambrose KS's band).

The soft side of two ******* Maniacs. Would have loved to seen the fires. Gasoline or lighter fluid? Good job men.

Thursday (9/12) was the birthday of Colin Young. He was not the original lead singer of The Foundations -- that was Clem Curtis. However, Young was their lead singer when they released their most famous song. To celebrate:

Today (9/13) is the birthday of David Thomsett, known more commonly as David Clayton-Thomas. He was not the original lead singer of Blood, Sweat & Tears -- that was Al Kooper. However, he was their lead singer when they released their most famous song, which I believe he wrote. To celebrate:

Friday (9/13) was the birthday of the late, great, Joan "Joni" Sledge. She was born and raised in the Commonwealth, and was a member of the group Sister Sledge with her sisters. To celebrate:

Concert was fantastic (and screen show behind the band). I'm pretty convinced that this is the best rock band on the planet right now. Non stop 3 hour show with high energy. If you aren't familiar with KG, their discography is super diverse (more than Ween), so you won't like it all.
