That is my favorite. The fact that this movie was released in 1939 must have astonished everyone with the
word “damn”.
Mother told me she was at the premiere in Atlanta, Loew's Grand Theater. She would have been around 20-21.
Little would she know that our generation would fight to save a similar type, the Fox Theater 🦊.
