Guys po boy shop on Magazine. They use liedenheimers bread.

Yep, If I want a poboy on that side of town I'm there or Domilises. Although hidden gem is singletons mart for a fine Vietnamese poboy. Parrans bread is too hard. Best poboys have that soft but crisp bread. If you haven't tried bah mi boys need to try that next time you are down. Pretty good and different twist on a poboy.
