Taking the law into your own hands is unacceptable and I'd be relatively sure he would have had to pay a price for his actions. Once his fellow inmates found out what he is in prison for he would have paid the price X10 (in kind) for his actions.

If someone had done the same to my daughter or granddaughter I probably would have reacted in a similar manner. I would have made him suffer greatly before finally allowing him the pleasure of death.

Life is full of contradictions. We just have to learn to live with them.

I'd like to know the circumstances of the "confrontation" they had. I'd the 67yr old pulled a gun or knife, jumped on the father it what. If any of that happened he definitely shouldn't be charged

There are times where I believe taking the law into your own hands is completely acceptable. If that were my daughter, dude would've been deader than disco for sure. Even if it were in some part of the country that's more pro-criminal.

"This guy that preyed upon their daughter was released on bond, and we had stopped him that night and got him with her," said Lonoke County Sheriff John Staley to USA Today.

I don't understand the part after the comma. Is the Sheriff saying the police stopped the man and the girl was with him, but they didn't do anything and then later the dad ended up finding them? Did the girl willingly enter the truck with him? I'm also curious what the six to nine (of course) felonies were that the daughter MAY have witnessed.

Yep something is not adding up. Was the girl willingly hanging around with this Fosler dude? Hard to believe a 14-year old would do that.

A "No Convict" from me if I'm on the jury. I could actually agree to an "Insanity Plea" as well. I would have been temporarily insane too had I been in Dad's position.

If the the law stopped him, he should have been arrested on the no contact order. Somebody dropped the ball. We should not convict this man for picking up the ball.
