Nice bottles; but how do they taste. Me, I prefer a Knob Creek or Bookers on the rocks w/ splash of H2O.
All are good. The Holladay, and one Old Stubborn are wheated, but the Old Stubborn is high test, 123.8, doesn’t drink like that however. Opened a new bottle of 8 yr Old Fitzgerald last night and that is tasty. Had the privilege a week ago of tasting George T Stagg, 130 proof!! That’s what friends are for! 😁

Didn’t even realize yesterday was such a monumental day! On vacation in Boone, NC, and took the kids to a day out with Thomas at the tweetsie railroad….

HOWEVER

coincidentally, here’s what I’m sipping on this vacation

The new release of Bookers 2024-01 is tasty. Uncut and unfiltered. Add a small cube or a couple drops of water. 124 proof but drinks easy.
There are some tasty bourbons out of Georgia now:

13th Colony out of Americus, Ga

And ASW Fiddler Georgia Heartwood out of Atlanta

Had both and both very good
