For years now I would say 80%+ of our dining out has been at breweries, and never ever will eat at a chain again. The food is more often than not good to very good and it is always fun trying a new IPA or two. If we are making any out of town trip, always look for new breweries along way and/or near destination. Quite often have planned a route and lodging along the way based on breweries.
My wife and I have a lot of different preferences, but this is one we share and proud to say both of my son's now that they are grown operate in the same manner!
I am 3 minutes away from Schaylor, we are neighbors!! Great place, they have lots of fun with their recipes and beer names. Couple weeks ago had a PB&J IPA, it was really solid, though the purplish color was a little different...
Been there several times. Amazing renovation of the old train station, very cool vibe. Unicorns Stomping Lantern Flies is one of my fav IPAs and definitely good burgers.Ever go in town? I love Saucony Creek. Great food and all of their beer and liquor is of a PA origin.
That has been a problem at some breweries. I know Warwick Farms near Philly recently posted about kids running around unsupervised. There are other breweries that post it on their webpage to please watch your children inside and outside.Don’t wanna be contrary but hanging out with a bunch of bratty kids while drinking is no la buena
That said I have 3 within 2 miles of my new house that 2, cubby and I are gonna check out
That’s what Dave and Busters is for. Do they let a hole kid behavior go unpunished at vineyards? Honest question i hate wineThat has been a problem at some breweries. The issue is parents letting the kids run rampant completely unsupervised, not the kids themselves. I think some parents see a brewery with a play area and think they can act like they do at the bars when little Billy and Suzie are at home with the sitter. Meanwhile, the kids can be a nuisance to everyone around them. I don't have an issue with well-behaved and supervised kids, which I guess is another way to simply say that I have an issue with the bad parents. That has been a problem at some breweries. I agree with you 100%. It’s also funny when my two dogs sit and behave while watching kids run around. The issue is parents letting the kids run rampant completely unsupervised, not the kids themselves.
