OT: Opening Weekend Cooking and Drinking Thread

Happy Opening Weekend SPSers! It’s a cold one here in the Breeze so the pool will not be on play, but that doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy some delicious smoked meats. Put a 12 lb Prime Brisket from The Butcher Shoppe on last night @ 10. Used a mixture of Malcolm’s TX Brisket and Fire & Smoke’s Black and Tan. Injected the flat with some creole butter because my flats always seem to be a little on the dry side for me so I’ll see if that helps. Woke up this morning and she is ready to wrap. We’ll see how it turns out.
