The collection is from 1991, 1992 and 1993 and includes factory sealed boxes, as well as loose cards valued from nothing, to one card currently listed on eBay for $50,000.00. I have at this point pulled out and priced the cards into three categories. Those from $1.00 to $3.00, totaling about 130 cards, those above $4.00 to $9.00, totaling about 50 and the premium cards that start at $10.00 and over. There must be 50 or more of these. I want to sell the whole lot, not piecemeal. Has anybody had any experience in this. I live in Columbia.

A Hank Aaron holograph card, currently listed on eBay for $50,000.00, buy it now.

Listied and actually sold prices are 2 different things.

A person can list a card for anything, this does imply true value, could be the seller miss keyed in the price.

What something is worth really depends on what someone will buy it for, its always best to look for "sold listings" of your cards if you really want to sell and understand values.

Yes There is 1, 1991 Hank Aaron Upper Deck Hologram ungraded for $50,000, LOL, but unless Im missing something unique with this card a 1991 Hank Aaron Upper Deck PSA 9 HH1 just sold for $40 + shipping and there are plenty of ungraded Hank Aaron Upper Deck Holograms available for well under that price and actually many listings under $5

Back when I was into card collecting, best tip I ever got from a dealer was "a card is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it." It might be a $50 card, but if you need that card to complete a valuable set and the card is hard to come across in good condition, then it's gonna be worth more to you than $50. I would see $500 cards at card shows that I would have paid $10 for, but I knowingly overpaid for other cards for various reasons.

Do baseball card shops exist any longer?

Back when I was a kid there were several in town and the local mall would have big baseball card shows every few months. I haven't seen a baseball card shop in....15 years or more? And haven't seen a card show in longer than that.

I don't know what they are worth, but I have complete sets from 1953 to 2000's. Topps, Bowman, Fleer, Donruss, Score and Upper Deck. Also have many early 50, 51, 52 Bowman, 52 Topps. A few 1940's.

Any chance there's a '52 Mantle hanging out in there? :) Give you $10 bucks for it!

That's a pretty valuable collection, if your 1953 mantle and a bunch of other key cards from the 1950's and 1960's is in any form of decent shape, they can have significant value and more value once graded.

A 1953 Topps Mantle as just a PSA 4 can go for $5,000 to $7,000

No 52 Mantle, but do have 53 Mantle. Also may Mays, Aaron, Robinson, Koufax, Musial, Williams. Have a lot of 52 Yankess cards.

Why are you people trying to highjack my thread when I was really trying to get some advice?
Are the cards generally in good condition? A collection of cards from that era could be considered for auction. If you’re looking to sell as a lot, I’m not sure how else you’d do it, particularly if there are pretty valuable cards there. If you could even find a baseball card shop, a collection like that is probably out of their range. You need serious collectors. I’d send some inquiry emails to auction houses.

Great idea, thank you.

Is Facebook marketplace still a thing?

As for checking on prices? I agree with whoever said that you have to look at "recently sold at" or the highest bid to gage prices. Not what the person is asking.

I’m just trying to imagine the scope of your collection and the number of cards you may have. If a large collection of many valuable cards and you want to sell as a lot, it’s gonna be near impossible to find an individual buyer on your own.
