OT: Those Indeed commercials are so dumb

They wouldn't wait until after the departing employee left to start looking for someone. They would start that process before the employee left the company.

Maybe the company should go to Indeed to find a new HR manager since the current one is terrible at the job.

But that's not what happened in these commercials. The departing employee is always given a warm, cheerful goodbye. If they just quit on the spot they wouldn't be getting such a kind, friendly goodbye.

By the way, in the commercials I've seen it's like they've never heard of Indeed until they hear somebody tell them that they need Indeed. At that point they agree, playing off the name of the advertiser.
