Use a toilet brush, and clean the obvious stuff,
raise the water level above the normal levels,
squirt a solid stream of LINE AWAY toilet bowl cleaner above the water level, let it set. (about 20 min)
Job done.

My wife cleans the toilets with the care I can imagine is only matched by the white glove specialists at the National Archives that clean the Constitution....

Of course, thats the least she could considering at least once a month she makes drink from it and then spanks the **** outta me for being a bad boy.

Wow. This topic would be sad even in the dead sports period. I know baseball is down but come on…

pumice stone. You can find them at Lowe's/Home Depot. Will scrub any stain off of porcelain.

Tank pellets are great if you want to have to start replacing the guts of your toilet every so often. Those things will wear out your flappers and make the toilet run all the time, and will eventually wear out the seal between the tank and the base. They're hell on the rubber parts in there.

Pumice stone adds surface scratches and causes your toilet to collect the mineral marks. Don’t do it until you have to.

Turn the toilets water off and flush it so very little water remains in the bowl. Wash of course and use car wax to wax the inside of the bowl or use RainX on the bowl. **** won’t stick, literally!
