Given that they missed on all their top QB targets in this class, I hoped that was a sign they were cycling out in recruiting. As it is, they just picked up two big commitments from Sammy Brown and TJ Moore. Then, a report came out that they are in "terrific" position with three 5* WRs, Bryant Wesco, Cameron Coleman and Mike Matthews. As it is, it's just two big commits, so it could fizzle out or pick up momentum. There's still a long way to go. Guys can decommit. All those WRs could end up going elsewhere.

Clem is in a good spot. National Championships are still recent enough to be relevant. And they have some major holes in their roster to fill. Frankly, that's why they got Sammy Brown. UGA's LB room is loaded. He'll 100% start from day 1 at clem.

I just looked at the 24/7 page and they had no OL commits.

The excuse I heard on qb was that they are hoping to RS the 5 star freshman they have, so they are looking for second tier qbs this class. Fwiw

But the Clemson fans I know believe he will be gone in two years, if not sooner. He doesn’t seem to hang around in one place too long. The name alone will bring some recruits….now we will see how he coaches out from the watchful eye of a good offensive HC. Could be another Rhule-Satterfield situation.
