Mother-in-Law came in from Florida yesterday she's an amazing cook (I Thank G-d she is Italian). Here's our menu for everyone coming to our home for the game:

1. Chicken Cutlets
2. Pasta with Gravy and Pasta with Vodka Sauce
3. Meatballs for your pasta or a sub
4. Sausage and Peppers

Of course, an array of appetizers from vegetable (Crudité) trays, a charcuterie board, chips and dips (no whips)
Wines, Beer, Liquor.

No humor and not on the phone, but I am damn tired of PayPal scammers. I receive one money request a week for some subscription or something for like $500 and they’re hoping you call the number on their ‘invoice’ so they can get you to give them what they really want.

Homemade margarita pizza for an early dinner before the game. Guinness to accompany. Game snack - popcorn mixed with whole pecans and almonds glazed with honey, accompanied by “Good F$&king Bourbon” over ice. Store bought Fly Eagles Fly green and black sprinkled cookies. Medical marijuana CBD tincture for after to help fall asleep.

Toned it down some this year. Doing Soft Pretzel Pepperoni Pizzas, Chicken Quesadillas, Jalapeno Bacon wrapped hot dogs, Nashville Hot Chicken sliders, Football shaped Crab Dip, Steamed Shrimp, and Rotel Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents. Last year did : Chicken Tacos ( 3 toppings to choice from),Pulled Pork BBQ sandwiches,Buffalo egg rolls,Stromboli,Chicken jalapeno cream cheese french toast sandwiches,Buffalo chicken dip,Jalapeno Poppers,Football shaped pizza,Bonesless wings, and one other thing I can't remember. I felt that for that 3 days, with all the prep, cooking, and clean up for 16 people. Probably only 12 people this time. Can't wait !

When I watch football I like to actually watch football and not have people talking, especially Eagles games so we stay home as I had my share of Superbowl Parties for my lifetime. Kid coming home to watch so food will be:

Chicken Cutlets
Crock Pot Mac n Cheese
Roasted veggies(Brussels, Carrots, Broccoli doused in olive oil, sprinkled with some salt, and pepper slow roasted in oven)

Buffalo chicken dip and Creamery Ice Cream for mid game snacking

Assuming you’re not being sarcastic, you should know that Italian “Sunday gravy” is a thing of beauty , worthy of multiple be right backs
He is probably one of those "Metigans". Don't read too much into it....

Certainly a Philly thing among other locations in this great country with proud ethnic history. Sunday Gravy is love.

We will be enjoying chicken Milanese with a tossed salad as our main dish. We will enjoy an array of cheeses and meats before dinner. Looks like a wine Sunday in the Tgar house. Perhaps a couple of bottles of Silver Oak Cab for enjoyment along with lemon water. Dessert will be Apple Pie served with a sharp cheddar.

Try this one, it's kind of a mixture of the two you have above.

20 - jalapeños halved

1 - pound of Italian sausage (hot if you like spicy)

1 - 8 oz. brick cream cheese

1 - cup grated parmesan cheese

1- lb. of bacon

Cook sausage and drain, add cream cheese and parm cheese, mash it all together, then stuff pepper halves and wrap with bacon (I don't use an entire slice of bacon, just enough for taste). Bake/smoke at 400 for 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy. You're welcome!

Maybe a can of Sprats at halftime with a couple lukewarm cans of Penn’s Best NA.
All but assures I won’t have any company, which is how I like it. 😁

That’s an incredible spread. @psuro what exactly are Grilled Mutton chops? Always wanted to go to Keens Strakhouse in NYC and order the mutton chop, even though I don’t know what it is. Lol
