Good luck. Mutton is very tough and pungent hence is why it's usually simmered for hours on end to make a soup or stew. I hope your guests know what they are getting in for or you may have a revolt on your hands. Now, spring lamb is a different story.

We have people with asthma, so nothing inside. We encourage those who wish to partake to bring their own and enjoy them on the Veranda, and at the end of the meal so as to not create an issue during the meal. The staff would be happy to provide post dinner brandies and cordials on the Veranda.
