Being an NCAA run event, does Slive have any extraordinary influence on this event? Will we get a fair shot?, the Gators don't need any help.

They used to re-seed CWS teams when the field was only 48 teams (with eight 6-team regionals). When the field was expanded to 64 teams (16 regionals plus super regionals), it's been bracket-style ever since.
