This might be the best game I’ve watched all season. Good hard-hitting, hard-nosed football.
Brutal time to throw a pick. You feel sorry for the kid, but then you remember Penn State’s program should have been shuttered. And you feel less sorry.
He’s been awful. Penn St didn’t lose this in the 2nd hslf. They lost in the 1st half. Should have been up a lot more than 10-3.
Interesting spin on that FG. Was headed right toward the upright and then reversed course and went back left through the uprights.
You just hate to see Franklin choke in yet another big game like that. **
Freeman seems like a good coach. Notre Dame not an easy job.
If by some total miracle Mississippi State ever played in a national championship game, I hope we play a James Franklin coached Penn State team. They just can't seem to ever win a big time game.

I do not care much for either team, but I thought that Notre Dame played well; Penn State just made an unfortunate error at the end of the game. I think Notre Dame may have got themselves a great coach for the future. For a change, I like something that one of the announcers said; he said their head coach was bringing many more fans from people who didn't care for them before.

I never would’ve thought Notre Dame would have upgraded at head coach when Kelly went to LSU, but Freeman has been damn impressive.
I don’t like Notre Dame. But I really like their coach. I hope they win it all.
I like the interview with the Notre Dame quarterback at the end of the game. The kid has a great attitude about life.
He certainly seems to push the right buttons for his team. Obviously made some nice adjustments at halftime.
Hell of a game. I am coming to like this team…they FIGHT. I like the way they play. I’ll be rooting for them in the title game. I loathe Texas and Ohio State.
Well that's a big part of being a HC. Apparently Lebby hasn't figured that out yet. It actually matters who your DC is even if you control the offense.
They cant unless the game is rigged or the team gets hit with the flu. ohio state is a monster
I think the only way Ohio State loses is if Texas or ND is allowed to wear Michigan uniforms during their game with Ohio State.
That was really impressive how he used his uninjured left leg to both launch the hurdle and land it. Pretty damn athletic. Poetic runner.
He has impressed me and he is much more likable than Kelly by a long shot
