Wrong way to look at it. That 1.4 million viewers is 1.4 million MORE viewers than they would have had and it's better ratings than anything else they would run on ESPN2. The only Monday Night football I watched all year was Manningcast games.
Wrong. Most all of the 1.4 million would be watching the regular broadcast on ESPN. They've added very few viewers, just split off a small part of them to another channel.
yeah... It may have been more viewers than a typical ESPN2 content viewing in that spot but the vast majority of that 1.4 would have just been watching the main broadcast. They didn't tune in ONLY to see this broadcast of MNF...
I watched it for the first half of the AZ/Rams game since Rock was on it, and I don’t know… I completely get what they’re going for, but it just seems a little forced and awkward much of the time. For seemingly half the time I watched, it was just 3 guys on my screen staring at their screens
I did get a laugh when Kyler threw that ridiculous pick 6, and Rock took a big pull from his Teremana bottle
